Provider: Celestical Cloud SAS ("Celestical Cloud", "we", "us")
Product: Memora
Last updated: 2026-10-31 (October 2026)
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Celestical Cloud SAS ("Celestical Cloud", "we", "us"), the provider of Memora, uses cookies and equivalent browser storage mechanisms (such as localStorage and sessionStorage) across our public marketing website (getmemora.co) and our authenticated web application (app.getmemora.co).
We believe in strict privacy by default. We do not participate in cross-site tracking, behavioral profiling, or ad-tech data sharing, and we do not load third-party analytics or advertising cookies anywhere on our services.
This Cookie Policy forms part of our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
2. Public Marketing Website (getmemora.co)
Our public marketing website uses zero tracking cookies:
- No analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or similar trackers)
- No advertising or retargeting cookies
- No third-party tracking scripts
Only local UI preferences (such as your chosen display theme or language preference) may be kept in your browser's localStorage when you interact with those controls.
3. Authenticated Web Application (app.getmemora.co)
Our web application and dashboard use only strictly necessary technical cookies and browser storage required to sign you in, keep your session secure, and remember your workspace and interface settings:
- User authentication and session management: Keeping you signed in as you navigate the workspace and authenticating API requests.
- Security and fraud prevention: Protecting your account and workspace from unauthorized access or replay attacks.
- Core application functionality: Remembering your active workspace, visual theme, language preference, and cookie notice acknowledgment.
On the login page, we display a cookie acceptance notice so you can review this policy and confirm acceptance of these essential technical storage mechanisms.

5. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC), and Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés):
- Strictly necessary technical cookies and storage are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract to provide the authenticated workspace you requested) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in securing user sessions, preventing abuse, and operating the service reliably).
- Where you explicitly accept cookies on the login page, your acceptance is also recorded in your browser and on your account profile.
6. How to Manage or Delete Cookies and Local Storage
You can clear or block cookies and browser storage at any time:
- Signing Out: Clicking Sign out in the Memora dashboard immediately removes your active authentication token (
memora_token) and workspace session keys from browser storage. - Browser Settings: Most modern browsers allow you to inspect, clear, or block cookies and site data (
localStorage/sessionStorage) in their Privacy & Security settings. Please note that blocking strictly necessary storage will prevent you from staying signed in to the Memora web application.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect operational, technical, or regulatory changes. When we make updates, we will revise the Last updated date at the top of this page.
