FAQ
Memora FAQ
Answers about the product, security, and plans.
What is Memora?
Memora is an always-on AI agent that remembers what your teams know and acts on it. It connects to tools like Slack, Gmail, Notion, Jira, and GitHub, keeps your knowledge in one living memory, and answers questions with sources.
What is a proactive intelligent agent?
Most AI tools wait for a prompt. A proactive agent notices what needs attention, prepares the work, and brings it to you for approval. Memora does this using your team’s memory, so it acts with real context instead of guessing.
Will Memora act without my approval?
No. Memora prepares work, such as a follow-up email or a Jira ticket, and waits for your approval before anything goes out. Every action is logged.
How is Memora different from a regular AI assistant?
A regular assistant starts from scratch every time. Memora keeps a persistent memory of your company, teams, and personal work, so it already knows your history, decisions, and people.
How does Memora work?
Connect your tools, and Memora builds a memory from them. You can then ask it in the app, mention @Memora in Slack, Teams, or Notion, or let it handle multi-step tasks with agents (beta).
Which tools can I connect?
Gmail, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Discord, Notion, Google Drive, GitHub, Jira, and Zoom.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and audit logs record every query and sync. Memora is permission-aware, so people only see answers from sources they already have access to.
Do you use my data to train AI models?
No. Your memory never trains foundation models.
How much does Memora cost?
Starter is free forever. Team is $29 per user per month, Pro is $79 per user per month, and Enterprise is custom. Every plan includes AI Q&A with source citations.
Is there a free plan or a demo?
Yes. You can start free on the Starter plan or book a demo to see Memora with your team’s setup.
Is there a desktop or mobile app?
The web app is live now. Desktop and mobile apps are coming soon.
